To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偶遇新店開業，嘗到正宗越味

今日同幾個朋友聚下，覺得哩度環境幾好，坐得又舒服，又不會太吵雜。Waiter服務都好好，雖然我地不是叫好多嘢吃，都系套餐為主，但距地好耐心同我地介紹食物。我地叫左個魷魚藕苗沙律，好特別的一款沙律，辣辣地好開胃，蓮藕系用較幼嫩的部份，好爽，魷魚不會太韌。仲叫左個酸辣無骨鳳爪，可能我比較喜歡食酸嘢，我覺得酸度不夠，如果唔系會更惹味。主菜我地叫左生牛肉湯河，不過不失啦，咖喱大虎蝦，蝦都算大隻，足夠兩三人吃。香芒軟殼蟹米紙卷，餡好新鮮，皮好滑不厚，用筷子唔會話一夾即散。之後仲叫左一D小食，味道相對其他出名既越南餐廳都唔失色架，總體來講性價比高。值！！！
