To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

偷得浮生半日閒

難得閒日有假期，加上疫情關係又好難選定其他地方去旅行，最好就出走市區到郊外走走。今次就選咗大澳，邊吃邊走嚟到大澳文物酒店，好早以前已經被餐廳裝修同歷史吸引，可惜上次長途跋涉嚟到先發覺餐廳被人book咗做私人用途。不過皇天不負有心人，今次終於可以感受下大大一個玻璃屋再加上無敵海景，而且人流唔算多係閒日坐喺窗邊放空大半日當個小旅行都係一個唔錯選擇。講講食物，酒店在食物加上少少大澳特色，抵讚！！今次同老婆點咗大澳蝦醬豬扒包同炸魚薯條蝦醬他他汁，個人幾鐘意豬扒包個蝦醬，但老婆就覺得咸咗D，同埋雖然係下午茶但份量都幾大，想order多件紫背天葵芝士蛋糕都食唔落，希望下次有機會再試下尼款大澳特色蛋糕啦~

個人幾鐘意豬扒包個蝦醬，但老婆就覺得咸咗D，同埋雖然係下午茶但份量都幾大，想order多件紫背天葵芝士蛋糕都食唔落，希望下次有機會再試下尼款大澳特色蛋糕啦~
