To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近常去的午市飯堂,家庭式經營,沒有華麗裝修,只有濃厚人情味,畢竟周記已開業多年,有不少街坊及學生經常光顧。 餐廳堅持以傳統手藝炮製各款點心及茶餐廳美食,部分更是即叫即做。春風得意腸:香脆春卷內釀滿彈牙的蝦賿,外層包裹著簿簿的腸粉。XO醬炒蘿蔔糕:蘿蔔糕外皮香脆,可能事先用油炸至外皮脆口,再用XO醬炒香,故此油份比較多。(製作方法純粹個人推測)鳳爪排骨飯:味道普通,米飯偏硬鴛鴦燒賣(黑松露/蟹籽): 雖然黑松露及蟹籽味道不算突出,但燒賣本身豬肉及蝦肉多汁有咬勁,值得一試。周記蝦餃:蝦肉充滿整個口腔,爽口彈牙,再配上餐廳選用的余均益辣椒醬,味道一絕。黑松露湯餃:等了大約20分鐘,熱騰騰上枱,湯餃非常足料,內有蝦粒、豬肉碎、素翅、黑松露...松露味充斥整個湯底,湯底味道有別於中式上湯,反而近似西式忌廉湯。樽仔原味奶茶:友人說味道普通,奶味比較重。四寶滑雞扎:腐竹包裹著火腿條、雞肉、蟹柳及大大片魚肚,份量十足。陳皮牛肉球:以傳統手法炮製,牛肉球內有香芹及馬碲粒,鮮腐竹放底。什醬蒸鳳爪:鳳爪不夠軟腍,味道太淡。白灼郊外油菜:白灼生菜配甜豉油。
