係銅鑼灣想搵好野食,非登龍街莫屬。大壹燒鵝就係登龍街唯一以傳統廣東菜式——燒味做主打既店舖,只做一味既食店,可見佢地對自己既出品有信心。同友人各自叫左一個一人餐,包一盅中湯、燒味雙拼、白飯以及油菜一碟,只係$78,非常抵食!中湯以原盅上,而且每盅都有湯渣,可見用料十足。味道方面亦非常入味,係花左唔小時間烹製。燒鵝併熏蹄(加半隻咸蛋)燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,鵝油都好豐富,齒頰留香;熏蹄肉質煙韌,肥瘦適中,配上白醋更帶到鮮香。燒鵝併貴妃雞(加半隻咸蛋)貴妃雞肉質鮮嫩,烹調適中,味道可口。燒味雙併:叉燒併燒腩仔叉燒實在要大讚!蜜汁鎖住係肉入邊,咬一啖就出晒來。外圍燒得岩岩好,帶小小燒燶既黑邊,非常香口;燒腩外皮香脆,肉質鮮嫩,配合黃芥辣係完美配搭。
