To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

限聚令仍然生效期間,小店地方細小也盡量根據規限分隔座位。很欣賞店鋪職員分工合作,各施其職崗,相信是為免職崗重疊、交叉感染的防禦措施🙂熱辣辣的小籠包雖然皮有d厚,但味道一流,肉汁相當清甜😋然後來一碟上海粗炒,溫暖而偏咸,口感略帶粗「鞋」,感覺一般。再來是擔擔麵,只有花生與青葱點綴,有醋酸味,和略帶微辣,整體味道尚好🙂 但小編有疑惑:傳統的擔擔麵真正的做法是否如此?比較過香港的不同上海小店老字號,味道做法各有千秋,而性價比上,整體價錢中上。有趣的是,此小店掛了不少日藉居港插畫師Mango的作品,不少並未印刷為市面發售的產品,卻記錄了舊觀塘街景,那已不復存的美。😊
