如果你有留意叉燒關注組,都會留意到#盛記酒家條叉燒有幾勁😍😍😍其實除咗靚叉,仲有好多撚手小菜吸引不少粵菜之友去開餐,一大班人去會更好,因為碟碟都king size 😅荔枝蜜叉燒皇$168用左梅頭豬肉燒至微微燶邊,肉質軟稔,用上茘枝蜜取代麥芽糖,叉燒甜而不膩,濃稠的叉燒汁充滿甘香,完美地和叉燒融為一體。不過食到一半已經投降,要帶半條叉燒返屋企食發現了老派手工菜碧綠蝦子柚皮$128 聽人講過蝦子柚皮,製作繁複,但又唔可以賣得貴,所以真係買少見少,我都想見識吓。一碟有兩件柚皮,睇得出炆到好稔。柚皮輕輕地已經可以切過一角,口感粉粉的,有點似芋頭,以蠔油及上湯餵汁,味道平實,蝦籽有助提升鮮香,可以話幾特別翡翠蝦球螺片$188估唔會咁大碟,蝦仁爽脆,螺片超多,入口不靭,西蘭花炒得啱啱好,仍保持脆綠可口。
