To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

築地日本料理 (銅鑼灣)今次黎食日本野，環境乾淨，價格合理。自選築地刺身定食 ($108)呢個刺身定食一共可以選5款刺身，每款刺身都有兩片。我就選左劍魚腩、油甘魚、甜蝦、赤海蝦同海膽，其中甜蝦同赤海蝦鮮甜，海膽也好大塊。地獄海鮮鍋 ($70)辣度唔算太高，怕食辣既朋友都可以一試。用料豐富，有豆腐、粉絲、娃娃菜、金茹、蝦、蜆、青口，送飯一流，係飽肚之選。炸餃子 ($12)糖心蛋 ($8) 牛油雞翼 ($10) 我地仲加點左幾款小食，價錢合理，味道唔錯。提拉米蘇 ($12)
