To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 葵涌廣場,由細行到大,今次去咗已經開舖多年嘅小雨天,價錢相當吸引,一啲都唔貴,今次我點了個米線,再加左朱紅,大腸,首先想講講個湯底,本人認為不夠濃,導致米線索唔到湯底嘅味道,成碗米線覺得好淡,食材方面,那只是覺得一般,雖然不算很差,但在今時今日很多米線舖頭已經做得好出色,相比之下,這間較為遜色,要加把勁。當然他的售價不算很貴,要求也不能要求很高吧。他可以配合台式飲品,飲品做得不錯,點了杯普通的珍珠奶茶,還可以的。另外除咗米線之外,這間鋪頭也有很多飯的配搭,朋友點了其他飯的選擇,夠大碟,尚算抵食。
