To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

筲箕灣東大街有很多美食，原來這裡有間越南菜也頗不錯。越鋒味越式餐廳 的舖面不大，不細心留意可能會錯過。沒想到星期日也有下午茶套餐，包了一杯飲品，可能價錢親民的關係？都坐滿人呢🍜越式炸蝦餅撈檬 ($38) - 蝦餅吃時還是熱焫焫的，惹味亦爽口彈牙。加上青瓜絲、炸蒜、花生碎等配料，口感更為豐富。爽彈的撈檬很適合和酸酸甜甜的汁一起吃，在夏日炎炎的天氣下很開胃。下午茶還包了一杯飲品，茶蜜都幾濃。另外沒有加一服務費。
