To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

都好多年沒有去過這間連鎖式壽司店，今次再來全因有人請客，簡單總結的話，對比以前，價錢是偏貴了，但質素似乎好了。特上壽司拼盤（20件）壽司全部都是師傅接到客人order才手握即做，所以壽司飯軟硬剛好，壽司上的刺身都好新鮮，最美味的當然是帆立貝及吞拿魚腩壽司啦。牛肉冰見烏冬此烏冬出奇地好有驚喜，牛肉超級軟腍好有肉汁，湯底清甜，烏冬雖是薄麪條但都彈牙有咬口。活蜆清湯湯頭十分鮮甜，蜆肉大粒無沙。吉列廣島蠔外面炸皮有點厚，蠔的口感雖好不過腥味仍濃。
