To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我個friend話銅鑼灣呢間放題啲鮑魚超好食🤣每次起碼食20隻，佢話咁樣一定回本！嗰日同佢一齊去食咗真係唔錯，咬落非常之爽口！本身都好鍾意食放題，因為覺得好抵食，而且種類選擇多。刺身、卷物、燒物、天婦羅、鍋物，再去到甜品生果咩都有😃諗返都覺得好抵！基本上講得出嘅刺身都有，三文魚甜蝦榮螺赤貝全部都一定有。今次去食覺得特別在於佢有海蜇😀同樣都係食極唔肥，而且好好食！非常之推介佢哋嘅花雕醉鮑魚，佢哋每一碟都好用心，有一隻鮑魚殼做裝飾。鮑魚除咗爽口，仲有好香濃酒香味，我食咗十幾隻先收手🤣抵！蒲燒鰻魚係我非常推介嘅嘢食，鰻魚咬落去好香口而且肉厚有質感，一落單就叫10件，會成排上比你😃👍🏻 鵝肝壽司好正超大件鵝肝，而且裏面仲非常之軟滑，我覺得食呢個都可以回本😁除此之外，佢哋嘅燒蠔都唔錯，上面有啲辣椒同埋炸蒜，勁正！黑松露蟹肉芝士軟殼蟹卷，佢嘅飯量唔多，但係餡料超多，黑松露好香味道好夾。比目魚西京燒平時喺餐廳食要百幾蚊一件㗎，而家有得任食真心正，質素同出面餐廳差唔多！食到咁上下就要出去自助區睇吓，有大量熱盤，霸王雞都有😱仲有好多生果切好晒唔使自己落手，雪糕方面有Häagen-Dazs。咁多種選擇二百
