To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日到了家傳滬曉食午飯, 等了五分鐘便有枱。我們兩個大人加一個小嬰孩(要坐在嬰兒車的), 職員最初給我們一張四人枱(兩張二人枱拼起來的), 所以幫我移開了一張椅子。過了十秒, 他回來跟我說擔心傳菜時會整到嬰孩, 於是便為我們移走了其中一張二人枱。我們點菜過後, 有另一女職員走過, 又禮貌地問我們想不想轉去後面另一張枱, 因為她覺得那邊比較安全, 他們關心的舉動令我們十分渦心。我們點了兩客中式午餐, 包括雜菌時疏及鹽酥蒜香骨, 跟白飯及老火蘿蔔瘦肉湯。雜菌時疏味道清淡, 鹽酥蒜香骨可以更濃味, 最出色的反而是老火蘿蔔瘦肉湯, 味道很甜, 很有阿媽屋企靚湯的味道, 即家的味道, 所以我想其較淡的調味可能亦是家的味道的烹調方式。
