之前上Facebook 見到有介紹過呢間専食扒既日式餐廳,今次同朋友特登去大角咀朝聖。原來呢到係要比左錢先入座。 牛既部位有3款,有肉眼、牛柳同埋西冷,有300g 同400g 揀。店員即場切,會係你面前磅。300g 已經絕對夠食!之後開始問你會簡咩配料,有蔥油、洋蔥油同埋蒜油。另外加左$25 做set。 有飯/面鼓湯/茶/沙律 ,4選3。落完order店員會比個牌你等拎餐。 我同朋友分別試左牛柳同肉眼,佢係固定左五成熟。由於即叫即整,所以製作需時,等左大約十分鐘,個牌就會响。附上既醬汁原來唔係淋落去,係用黎點架!有少少柚子味,幾清新。 咁既價錢食到新鮮扒就真係好抵!食完係自助形式,要自己收返啲去個架度!
