夏天咁熱都無阻大家打邊爐既心,一入到去已經爆場🤣可能因為餐廳最近做緊一蚊雞煲既優惠🤔不過得今次就打邊爐體驗唔到 下次有機會再試。都幾多招牌火鍋湯底選擇,一直諗緊揀巴打招牌定椰汁雞湯底好,但見招牌咁多配料就決定一試✨巴打招牌鍋(大)🍲奶白色既湯底 ,面層已經見到好多隻扇貝🤩但原來入面有勁多配料:蕃茄、粟米、豬骨、豬腳、豬腸、豬肚煲成,味道雖然唔太濃郁,偏清淡,但涮牛肉,蔬菜等配料非常夾。蕃茄同粟米新鮮鮮甜,令湯底更香甜。所以未涮任何肉料之前可以飲返碗湯。✨特級安格斯牛頸脊 $248牛頸脊切片薄厚適中,肉質嫩滑,入鍋稍煮即熟,好重牛肉香氣。薄切更容易吸收湯底嘅鮮味,同時保持住肉本身嘅嫩度同彈性。每一啖都有牛肉嘅濃郁香氣,牛肉嘅油脂分布均勻,味道濃郁香醇。✨自家手打蝦滑 $56、墨魚滑 $48自家手打蝦滑,口感彈牙,蝦肉鮮甜多汁,味道鮮美。煮熟後香氣撲鼻。而墨魚滑,口感一樣彈牙,墨魚味濃郁。鮮味十足,兩款滑都好高質,仲有少少蟹子增加層次感!✨桂花蚌,珊瑚蚌 $138珊瑚蚌爽口彈牙,桂花蚌爽脆帶點滑溜,咪道我覺得桂花蚌更鮮甜。✨爆打檸檬茶檸檬味十足,嗌左少甜入落似5分甜,幾解渴✨檸檬可樂冰底夠
