招牌即燒炭火靚雞$198/隻使用大瓦缸高溫炭即場燒製,所以需時30-45分鐘左右,想食就要黎到即刻落單。用個大窰燒雞基本上唔會伏,燒完出黎好有炭香味,雞皮脆卜卜,肉汁一剪隻雞就流曬出黎!肉質嫩滑,採用鬍鬚雞,脂肪含量不多,唔會好肥膏,我食兩次兩次都有叫雞十八歲卜卜脆牛肋條$238又要起筋又要炆又要炸,功夫都幾多,所以都要耐心等候。不過值得等,上菜時超級脆卜卜!牛肋條冇筋又軟熟!再點上沙嗲醬層次再提升!推薦一大班朋友食(食得太多有少少漏,不過真心好食)薑蔥台生蠔啫煲$188上菜時吱吱喳喳的熱煲,香噴噴的,店員還會幫忙攪伴一下免黐底,煲內有好多台生蠔,半煎好也上了煎粉,夾雜薑蔥蒜頭蔥頭爆香,好滿足!餸飯一流!生炒新鮮沙薑鬍鬚雞$228比起炭燒雞唔駛等太耐,但都好正!沙薑的香氣襯托起鬍鬚雞的鮮甜,鮮嫩多汁,而且很開胃!因為響屋企附近,所以食過兩次,大排檔風味,但乾淨企理,分室內室外位置,筆者坐室內可以涼冷氣,仲有樓上雅座,如果客人想煲煙🚬可以坐出面,開到凌晨四點,同知己老友吹水飲酒🍻到夜一夜都唔怕。店主親切友善,店員服務有態度,會再訪。
