🍣大池魚:魚同飯中間有法國蔥,食落肉味比較濃,蔥味唔會太濃比較香,整體口感煙韌好食😛

🍣鹽燒白子:師傅有一早問定我哋食唔食白子,但因為👧🏻未試過,所以決定獻出第一次🤣🤣🤣白子外皮燒得脆脆地,入面食落好濃好creamy,有啲似生蠔嘅味道;另外碟內有沙律菜中和返,蓮藕片酸酸甜甜好爽口😌

🍣燒鰆魚:師傅話呢份會比較濃味,建議香葉連魚一齊食,或者點青檸汁中和個咸味;外皮燒得好脆比較濃味,但我哋覺得魚身味道唔算好咸,所以就咁食都ok🤤食完有醋漬車厘茄配返,酸酸甜甜中和返成道菜😚

🍣牡丹蝦:蝦身好肥美😍壽司上面有埋蝦膏😇食落蝦身好彈牙,之後有啲gel口,連埋蝦膏食,蝦味勁濃勁出,好好食🥰🤤🤤🤤

🍣超拖羅(中腹位):食落好香好腍身,一啲筋都冇,油脂味重但唔會太膩,一入口有融嘅感覺🤤🤤🤤

🍣拖羅(大腹):肚腩位,食落冇咁腍身(👦🏻個舊有少少筋🫣)油脂味冇咁重😗

🍣赤海膽:超級鮮甜肥美,一啲腥味都冇,好好食😋😋😋

👦🏻👧🏻💬整體來講今次體驗好好,食材好新鮮,壽司醋飯調味同份量都岩岩好😋(不過wasabi有少少重手,如果想多/少啲,記住同師傅講🤣)師傅刀工好好又好細心同我哋解釋每道食材,中意omakase 嘅朋友仔記住要試吓啦🤗
