元朗YOHO都有得食「極尚大瀛喜」啦~通常3-4個fd 一起約食飯聚會就會自然想食日式放題,貪款式既選擇多,每人各有喜好。我最愛既款式當然係:刺身、壽司及手卷+熟食刺身併盤(自選,電話落單)松葉蟹腳、極尚璣煮凍鮑魚、原隻粒貝依三款係我最愛,而其他刺身款式基本上已有齊。刺身併盤鋪得超級靚,大家梗係相機食先啦!蟹腳新鮮同好鮮甜;原隻璣煮凍鮑魚有咬口而且甜甜地好味~池魚王同油甘魚就食落入口即溶~各款迷你壽司及手卷必食海膽手卷,細細舊唔怕飽,而海膽好甜~ 燒鹽醬和牛肩胛壽司都好好食,和牛好重牛味及肉質軟身~吉品鮑汁扣花膠花膠軟身,入口即溶既質感~這款鮑汁是比較黏身,好香濃。川燒珍寶鮮蠔燒&蒜蓉焗帆立貝依兩款熟食好邪惡,蒜蓉汁為海鮮提鮮; 兩款海鮮都肉質嫩滑,一啖一隻海鮮!

必食海膽手卷,細細舊唔怕飽,而海膽好甜~ 燒鹽醬和牛肩胛壽司都好好食,和牛好重牛味及肉質軟身~


吉品鮑汁扣花膠
花膠軟身,入口即溶既質感~這款鮑汁是比較黏身,好香濃。


川燒珍寶鮮蠔燒&蒜蓉焗帆立貝
依兩款熟食好邪惡,蒜蓉汁為海鮮提鮮; 兩款海鮮都肉質嫩滑,一啖一隻海鮮!
