To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

182521082022，今日想食壽司，係東涌既壽司店選擇很少，元氣的確是一個比較好既壽司店而且呢間都算是幾大同坐得舒適。元氣平時都冇咩寫，不過不失但今日撞正九州祭，所以我決定叫晒今期限定。熊本縣產，天草真鯛壽司，味道偏淡而爽脆好味！👍鹿兒島直送既海之櫻勘間八壽司，同海之櫻勘間八腩壽司，名字怪怪地不過唔緊要，最重要係味道。當大家諗住腩會好d，但今次就例外。海之櫻勘間八壽司魚油味濃口感軟滑加上柚子胡椒醬相匹配，海之櫻勘間八腩壽司味道反而沒有咁香同有渣。枕崎市產柚子醬油漬鰹魚，肉質梅而淋柚子又硬可以不叫。福岡直送灸燒明太子軍艦，明太天很咸，好多人認為明太子咸就應該，但我曾經係沖繩食過一些明太子係唔太咸主要係鮮甜，咁當然經過咁多日黎到香港咁始終都有少少分別。最後日本直送九州和牛，牛味重加上醬汁可惜沒有入口即溶既和牛感，不過19蚊都算啦！今次九州之旅都還可以啦！希望下次更多地方既直送
