To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

連鎖店的輕記錄，當天晚上跟友人閒來無事又想吃壽司，就到了這家元氣快速鐵路線用膳，入座前大概等了十五至二十分鐘，還好算是不錯了，因為一行二人而在內的吧檯位置較多，亦需預留卡座給4-6人，所以我們二人被帶到了吧檯門面則是普普通通的，用以等位的位置較大，但並沒有安排等候座位餐牌除了最原始的實體餐牌，每檯亦需以電子器材點單，餐品齊全餐品會以快速列車送到，速度真的比日常待應送餐更要快及準確而且帶了一分孩子氣的可愛說到價錢及食物名稱大概比較善忘！真的不太記得了，但有圖附上，你們可以看到成品炸蝦卷的確味道不錯，份量和價格印象中是合符性價比的基本上速度快得一下子就放滿桌面北寄貝和八爪魚味鮮不難咬，三文魚跟其他則是普通的不過不失這客柚子胡椒鰹魚價錢忘記了，但味道卻是難忘的，配上柚子清香胡椒帶辛，看你喜好你可以把它夾下，因為其實單吃已經是很足夠的鮮味而且絕不難咬，魚皮亦很香滑三文魚頭湯，就是不過不失的沒什麼特別整體還算理想，比起北角那間分店，這家絕對是比較好得多了的
