To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日想食日本嘢，見到個商場裡面有一千零一間日本野就入去試吓啦午餐都幾平嘅選擇都好多，我叫咗個泡菜豚肉定食，感覺唔係好日式，好似食緊茶餐廳咁樣。未到就不過不失啦，份量就好足既，我一個人都食唔晒。其實佢最大嘅賣點就係經濟實惠啦。朋友叫咗個壽司定食，就真係好一般喇，啲壽司完全唔新鮮，乾爭爭其實見到都麻麻哋想食，咁公平咁講。呢個價錢，又想食到日本嘢，就似乎要接受味道唔可以好多要求㗎啦，果然真係一分錢一分貨！
