今次呢篇食評真係拖左好耐先動筆,只能怪我太懶惰,實在踏入2018新一年,應該改掉拖延嘅陋習。話說一月頭嘅時候,相約幾位久別重逢嘅同學敘舊,選擇來到君怡閣食中餐。呢個選擇絕對正確,因為無論環境同食物都值得讚嘆!首先介紹係鎮店之寶,美人叉燒,果然名不虛傳,叉燒肉質嫩滑、肥瘦適中,仲有陣陣香烤嘅味道,真係色香味俱全,令人多吃幾塊都唔嫌多!另外叫咗半分炭燒妙齡乳豬,乳豬BB雖然唔係好多肉,但皮脆肉滑,咬落卜卜脆,真係好正呀⋯⋯我地個個都一路食,一路讚個不停。再來有蝦子山根燒豆腐,初頭仲以為呢樣餸好普通,我真係太年輕啦,唔識野,原來好好食嫁,當山根吸收哂個汁既精華, 軟lum lum,不得了,豆腐熱辣辣,滑溜溜!之後簡簡單單一個時菜上湯煲、西芹炒魚塊都係無得輸,我覺得呢到所有嘅餸菜調味恰到好處,食物又夠熱!食左咁多都覺得再有空間可以繼續叫,因為d野食真係好得。我哋又叫左一份蟹肉荷葉飯,廚房即叫即蒸,哈哈,可能係,除非唔係!因為上枱時,打開個荷葉時,真係見到有煙嫁,證明溫度夠熱,呢個飯絕對係推介,個炒飯充滿荷葉嘅香味,飯粒唔油又夠濕潤,我足足食左2碗半呀!埋單前,餐廳仲送中式糖水桂圓雪耳,真係好好
