To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次約咗朋友一行四人去太子飯聚!😂 大家太耐無食中菜突然好想食下,就嚟到呢間酒樓,酒樓有圓枱又有卡位,我哋四人就安排去卡位坐,幾中意坐卡位,大家唔使隔咁遠,又可以靜靜地傾下偈~ 食物都幾大碟👍1. 海蜇燻蹄 ($58)海蜇好爽口,食落甜甜地又有啲麻油香,燻蹄有滿滿的骨膠原,肉質爽彈!2. 黃沙脆蝦球 ($128)即叫即整熱辣辣,入口鬆化,咸蛋黃好均勻咁遍佈每一粒蝦,蝦都幾大隻又爽口,好邪惡呀!😈3. 上湯焗波士頓龍蝦 配伊麵底 ($188)龍蝦都幾大隻,肉質新鮮彈牙,伊麵吸收了龍蝦上湯嘅精華,好入味,而且幾大份 大份!😙4. 海鮮濃湯雜菜煲 ($108)一上枱已經覺得好大煲!😮 每人都起碼吃了兩碗,呢個煲有珊瑚蚌、帶子、大蝦、西蘭花、生菜、冬菇、菜心及粉絲,非常豐富!😝👍

即叫即整熱辣辣,入口鬆化,咸蛋黃好均勻咁遍佈每一粒蝦,蝦都幾大隻又爽口,好邪惡呀!😈
