To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在讀書時期,放學經常到葵涌廣場閒逛。最常吃的就是小雨天的米線了!畢業後也經常幫襯,算是一份珍貴的回憶。今天約了友人在葵芳見面,約會過後,獨自一個又來到了葵涌廣場三樓的小兩天。該店的座位比較陝窄,環境一般,但就是這樣也人山人海,可見很多人也是跟我一樣來重拾回憶的。由於午飯時間,需要等位,過了數分鐘,才擠了進去拼桌。跟伙計點了個中辣的滑雞龍蝦丸小窩米線。滑雞還是老樣子,少骨,煙韌,滑溜,龍蝦丸就沒甚麼出彩地方,都是交貨來的,配菜份量很足,酸菜味道一流,但中辣湯底稍為不夠辣不夠過癮。總括而言,性價比算是較高的一間平民店,當然就別指望坐得舒適了。
