過兩日端午節放假,周五夜,一星期工作辛苦,三五知己一齊食飯再睇場戲,咪話唔爽。今知我地去左食兜記。香港地D飲食競爭好大,如果冇一兩個招牌菜,一定唔可能引起人既注意。出名乳豬好食,我真係一間都唔識。唔係D發達老友之前食過新斗記話乳豬好味,乳豬享我既了解係大隻樂既四寶飯同燒味店既燒味飯。而且香港人點會未食過乳豬,去親飲第一度菜即刻食佢,講得唔好聽,真係成日食,都唔知有咩好食? 好, 今次又等我試下你呢間兜記咩料。兜記享杜老誌道,如果你揸車去,係有代客泊車,小費廿蚊,拎車時比。去o個日重比我見到李純恩,見到面想同佢打招呼,不過差D唔記得左佢係唔識我。名人就係咁,這麼近那麼遠。坐底左听左幾個前菜, 皮蛋,豬潤開開胃。皮蛋有皮蛋味,都唔錯,不過D酸薑真係幾好味,連我呢個討厭薑既人都食多左幾塊, OK, 算你合格。豬潤, 我食開維記D豬潤,兜記D豬潤,生滾加芽菜,老實講,冇咩特色,不過豬潤本身就好食。食豬潤出名,聽聞係深井既酒釀豬潤,不過而家已經冇左。之後黎多個牛柳粒,食完冇咩印象。說時遲那時快,主菜來了, 乳豬!!! 隻乳豬三舊幾半隻, 真係貴左D。我一野先夾個皮, 脆香,都OK, 比D燒品店好

說時遲那時快,主菜來了, 乳豬!!! 隻乳豬三舊幾半隻, 真係貴左D。我一野先夾個皮, 脆香,都OK, 比D燒品店好食DD, 之後再夾D肉食, D肉唔多,不過我夾o個件好嫩,梗係比大隻樂好食既,夾多兩件試清楚,係好食D, 但係如果你問我有幾好食,我又覺得未要用到個"撚"字形容。富貴老友話新斗記好似好食D, 我下次再去試下再話你知有咩分別。作為一間乳豬專門店, 還好。

乳豬之後黎左個羊, 你睇張相就知辣, 有羊味,不過講起食羊, 一定係介紹去深圳食,大陸D羊,真係極之美味, 呢個下次有機會再分享。

最後老友叫左個八寶鴨, 鴨味麻麻,D汁同埋D豬肉豬潤反而更加好食,個師傅真係要諗諗係咪有咩問題,主次不分。食完有糖水, 紅綠豆例牌。承惠一千一百, 四人,都唔係話好貴。
