早排《宵夜燒到過埋夜》其中一集係去流浮山食好西,我呢d為食鬼又點可以錯過呢「后海灣小廚」完全顛覆咗流浮山只有海鮮食嘅固有想法1️⃣海鮮湯因為太肚餓,相機無機會食白白嘅魚湯,原條黃腳立,仲有花甲,再加埋豆腐、白菜,一啲都唔腥,仲好鮮味 2️⃣涼瓜炒牛肉涼瓜竟然無苦味,令人好多食多幾舊3️⃣豬潤 拼 鵝腸豬潤僅僅熟,食落去係滑鵝腸係爽脆不過呢味餸簡直係挑戰膽固醇嘅表表者🤣4️⃣椒豉蝦蝦嘅肉質爽彈、做法仲好惹味5️⃣椒鹽鮮魷大佬弢指定菜式,炸醬好鬆化,雖然係炸但唔覺油膩6️⃣ 酥炸台山蠔又到食蠔季節,蠔肚漲卜卜,加上薄薄嘅粉醬,外脆內軟,我食到停唔到口7️⃣黑醋骨醒胃菜,又惹味,重點係排骨有口感8️⃣臘味炒芥菜臘味好香,又唔油👍聽聞好快滿座,想食就快d打電話去book枱喇😉

1️⃣海鮮湯
因為太肚餓,相機無機會食
白白嘅魚湯,原條黃腳立,仲有花甲,再加埋豆腐、白菜,一啲都唔腥,仲好鮮味
2️⃣涼瓜炒牛肉
涼瓜竟然無苦味,令人好多食多幾舊
3️⃣豬潤 拼 鵝腸
豬潤僅僅熟,食落去係滑
鵝腸係爽脆
不過呢味餸簡直係挑戰膽固醇嘅表表者🤣
4️⃣椒豉蝦
蝦嘅肉質爽彈、做法仲好惹味
5️⃣椒鹽鮮魷
大佬弢指定菜式,炸醬好鬆化,雖然係炸但唔覺油膩
6️⃣ 酥炸台山蠔
又到食蠔季節,蠔肚漲卜卜,加上薄薄嘅粉醬,外脆內軟,我食到停唔到口
7️⃣黑醋骨
醒胃菜,又惹味,重點係排骨有口感
8️⃣臘味炒芥菜
臘味好香,又唔油👍
