To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

昨天中午,想食阿拉斯加蟹。記得海港係全港最平嘅。160蚊一斤。超值。打電話預訂蟹,從2pm 打到5:30pm, 又話有,又話D蟹5點先到,又話比人留晒。不過有蟹食,等待祗因值得。5:30pm 回復D蟹到貨,我留咗隻差不多6斤嘅,$920,跟著飛車去將軍澳。上湯焗,真係正,淨食蟹都飽,仲打包咗兩盒走.講番隻蟹, 今次選擇咗用上湯焗, 上枱時香噴噴. 色香味俱全.食完隻蟹, 點咗個南瓜芋頭煲, D芋頭夠晒啉.我地都冇再點其它嘢, 因為已經好飽.
