To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時節日一大班親戚/成班朋友食飯翠玉軒都會係幾常既選擇之一，因為地方就腳環境唔錯，野食亦都幾有水準，最近見佢地轉左新既menu 就一於黎又試新野~~~ 前菜：蔥油海蜇球/椒鹽豆腐粒海蜇球爽脆彈牙，加埋陣陣蔥油好香好開胃，椒鹽豆腐粒炸得好酥脆好好食安格斯牛肉叉燒安格斯牛肉肉質鮮嫩，慢烤過之後有陣陣焦香清心潤肺素湯湯底清甜可口，有無花果海底椰同黃耳等等材料清心潤肺腿茸醬炒鮑魚伴牛蒡鮑魚肉厚鮮美夾埋香脆嘅牛蒡一齊食呢個配搭幾有創意生燒原條火煎魷魚原條魷魚微微火煎，魷魚有陣陣香烤味，肉質仍然軟香而且鮮味十足陳皮豉汁蒸海鰻海鰻肉質肥美彈牙，加埋豉汁陳皮再增添風味玫瑰岩鹽蒸嘉美雞次次黎都會叫佢地既雞，呢個嘉美雞以玫瑰岩鹽蒸制，雞皮薄雞肉滑，味道調得剛好昆布海蝦豆腐鍋昆布既鮮味加上海蝦清甜味鮮翠玉軒炒飯招牌炒飯飯炒得粒粒分明，軟硬適中雪糕伴嫲嫲餅呢個好得意，因為無expect 過喺中餐館會食到! 個嫲嫲餅就係好似cookies 咁原個椰皇紫米露椰皇加埋紫米，椰香糯米香兩者味道超夾
