Restaurant: Communal Dining Hall (Student Canteen II)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 見工經過, 想不到在一個月內就光臨此飯堂兩次。這次是午飯時間, 一年前的水牌變成了今天的電子版。以往常叫的焗飯, 相隔一年依然價錢不變, 有細份量供各位選擇。最後選了兩餸飯-- 西芹雞柳, 南瓜炆雞連凍低糖綠茶 ($21.5) , 貪其有得選擇餸。由於兩點才到逹, 大部份飯餸賣光, 連湯也沒有, 轉飲凍綠茶不用加錢。南瓜炆雞: 南瓜汁多, 配上嫩滑雞肉粒, 成為最受歡迎的餸。最喜歡以大量南瓜汁伴飯, 醬汁濃得像吃南瓜茸, 濃濃的南瓜味。西芹雞柳: 西芹爽脆, 跟南瓜是相反配搭, 減少飽滯感。如有例湯更好, 秋天需要一點滋潤。
