海馬襲港,週四晚已預告週五好大可能會掛八號風球,XO仔就立即約會honey打風前短聚,地點就佢喺尖沙咀一家日本料理「八 居酒屋」。餐店並冇花巧o既裝潢,不過勝在樓底夠高,光線柔和,感覺都幾潮。由於情人飯後仍要工作,小肥就自己叫咗杯清新涼快o既鎮店雞尾酒「No. 8 Signature Cocktail」($69/杯)輕鬆吓。眼見傍晚時份客人不多,兩口子就先從推介黑板點選咗兩味小食。日本阿波尾雞心串($48/串):雞心質感如雞腎般爽厚,送酒佳品也。炸七味牛舌粒($78):講真牛脷就食得多,不過今次都係第一次食炸牛脷。炸牛舌粒外層乾巧鬆化,牛舌爽潤有彈性,好特別。Honey要食菜,所以就叫咗客沙律同塩燒秋葵。蟹子沙律($68):蟹子沙律爽幼甜美,極啱細佬口味。塩燒秋葵($28):印象中,小肥好似冇食過咁大條o既秋葵,意外地口感比起細細條嗰啲更為脆口,而且味道一啲都唔苦澀。試過「炸七味牛舌粒」的確唔錯,二人就決定叫埋廣告牌上o既「仙台牛舌」。仙台牛舌厚燒($128):仙台牛舌可選塩味或味噌調味,嘻嘻,XO仔好貪心地要咗鴛鴦口味。雖說牛舌為厚燒,但如相所示,牛舌被切成薄片,入口容易,食落仲爽脆
