To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 公司老外上司們從外國來港, 做TEAM BUILDING! 老外一般都愛中餐(西餐在外國日日食), 有人提議去六公館, 但公司既BUDGET係100USD per each. 最後揀了南海一號, 餐廳安排了上層, 仲要後面無人, 夠晒靜, 俾空間我們一齊合照及敬酒等, 仲要最後因公司政策, 麻煩待應去分單, 分成三張, 待應也很配合幫忙, 真係掂! 尤一係有一個餸, 沒有分開兩個碟(我們有15人, 要分成兩張枱), 不過只是小失誤, 其它野好優秀! 最後落下層既無散維港景真係無得輸(不過那晚好大風好凍!)
