To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

飯底係蛋炒飯,加埋粟米蔥花菜粒松子仁去炒,粒粒分明,尚算乾爽鬆散。細個午膳時嘅飯盒經常白米溝紅米或糙米去煮,漸漸我亦慢慢習慣咗,甚至鍾意紅米粗糙嘅口感,所以我覺得呢個炒飯好啱我口味。而且面頭嘅琥珀合桃糖脆而果肉乾身,起到畫龍點睛的效果。

唔講唔知,原來咕嚕肉係外國人最愛嘅粵菜。當日嘅咕嚕肉外層香脆,非常掛汁,肥瘦適中,鬆軟彈牙。可惜個汁做得唔理想,好嘅茨汁應該係啱啱好包住咕嚕肉,但當日嘅茨稍嫌太多,最弊嘅係人工味好重,酸味太嗆而冰糖死甜,成碟餸敗在醬汁。

條魚係完整咁上枱,再由店員即席剪開幾份。糖醋汁唔再多講,但條魚的確炸得唔錯,炸粉上得幾靚,厚度適中。而且保持到魚肉滑嫩,外脆內軟。


餐廳雖然以鴨聞名,但其他嘅蒸炒炸菜式做得更出色。以呢個價錢同定位嚟講,食物嘅質素已經係非常可以,值得一試。
