賣相絕對澎湃,放上乾冰營造仙氣縈繞效果是近年常見的手法,畢竟是酒店餐廳,多一分視覺享受都是好事。

海鮮種類同份量十足,如果係兩位女士享用,基本上可以無須再order其他食物。

邪惡到一個點,但又不能放棄,把牛骨髓中間的精華挖出,用麵條的熱力溶化,拌和在麵條內,有著陣陣油香,麵條是喜歡的al dente,又係必食。
