To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇乜特別，有更好食海南雞飯

之前就聽朋友講「勇記海南雞」好正，好多傳媒都有報道，每次lunch經過都見到排長龍。有日晏咗出去食lunch，見到冇太多人，就決定去試吓。我叫咗去骨海南雞飯。雞肉方面，真係唔算突出，唔覺得特別嫩滑，口感比較普通。個醬汁亦都唔算好惹味，冇咩層次感，難以令人印象深刻。至於個飯呢，唔夠油香⋯好普通原本充滿期待，點知有啲失望。以呢個水準，如果要排隊等候嘅話，我未必會再食。可能期望太高，所以有啲落差🙂‍↕️
