To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 88蚊片皮鴨一食,份量都足兩個人食飽,鴨皮和葱絲味道不錯,但餅皮吾夠熱,好彩都軟熟。如果兩食加68蚊可揀涼瓜炆,太大碟食吾晒。吾少食客揀加9.9拎走鴨榖,我兩公婆當然有樣學樣,打包回府,明晚下廚自己炆。蒸魚有驚喜,98蚊,新鮮抵食!街市買條沙巴仔都要60蚊啦!黑蒜鮑魚湯,吾期望是燉湯,但都算有香濃蒜味,28蚊,兩個人叫一碗試下無妨。眼見閒日都8成客滿,生意都算吾錯啦!不過,相比上一回的一蚊燒乳鴿或者一蚊雞年代,都係之前抵食dd。
