To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話佢屋企新開左間車仔麵黃店，咁我就順路去試試。門口量體溫，入面枱同枱之間有透明膠版隔開。好耐冇食過車仔麵～我當放題咁嗌😅三餸一麵已經嗌左韮菜、蘿白、豬紅、粗麵餅（$42），凍咖啡(+$3)，再追加柱侯牛腩(+$7 +$2)同豬大腸(+$7 +$2)。到啦到啦～呢碗野真係好有份量😂😂首先，粗麵餅，都幾吸腩汁味，不錯豬大腸，好味！乾淨！都幾多舊蘿白，腩汁入味，有蘿白嘅甜味豬紅，正常韮菜，個人喜愛重點，柱侯牛腩，好味！嫩，入味，正正子！推介！凍啡，for your reference 咁啱新聞播緊777，搞到我冇咩胃口總結，好味車仔麵，牛腩一定要嗌，同蘿白我覺得。好味黃店
