To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

成日都想嚟食蟹，今次一枱十人叫三隻🦀🦀🦀，並無自己蒸，叫廚房整。其中一隻連蛋白蒸，上枱時好開心，d蟹係活生生的，但奇怪無想像中鮮甜🤔，而且有冇蛋白蒸其實分別不大，可以慳返啲錢。其他小食都ok，另叫咗隻乳豬，但係肥到爆炸，食一塊都好夠。叫咗幾樣海鮮蒸🦑🐙🦐🐊🐡🐋，樣樣都算新鮮。但冇人會幫你，乜嘢都要自己嚟，食蒸鍋，又要蒸又要分上碟又要再放又要食，食完真係好很攰。呢度除咗蟹之外，無服務就係最大亮點，除咗上菜同落單時，有一個👺態度非常差嘅女部長外，就真係完全冇服務🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏽‍♂️，你想搵個人都冇。沖茶、攞碗攞筷子完全靠自己🤷🏽‍♀️🤷🏾‍♂️。總括，見面不如聞名。
