To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近見到電視的大家樂廣告賣緊咖哩乳飼牛坑腩同埋咖哩海鮮, 賣相不錯聽到朋友都話新出ge牛坑腩味道唔錯今日難得有機會同mami撐枱腳, 一於去試一試虛實新出的咖哩系列, 加$1仲可以加多一個油酥餅睇電視以為佢好細塊, 原來都唔算細飯o黎啦, 熱辣辣, 一大碗咖哩汁, o岩晒我呢D鐘意撈汁ge人酥飯跟飯一齊上, 先試一啖唔點咖哩汁ge, 味道比我想像中好陣味有D似酥皮湯上面個層酥皮, 不過佢係煙煙un un咁, 加埋咖哩汁仲好食然後試o下D牛坑腩, 真係同平時個種牛腩唔同, 好"林" 好有牛味仲有D牛筋, 同埋份量比我想像中多, 唔會一味多薯仔食完之後好飽, 下次要試埋佢個咖哩海鮮 如果大家樂可以一直keep住呢個水準就好la~~
