隔左段時間無來食,是日收工就同同事來食晚餐。上一次就試左推介的鱷魚湯底,今日就試試個清湯。1.豬紅、豬皮、芝士腸清湯米粉(少辣)車仔麵吾少得嘅就系豬紅,呢間嘅豬紅一啲都吾腥,豬皮乾淨。湯底真系又清又甜,但少辣我覺得可以再辣啲,枱面有自制辣醬可自行添加。2.雞翼、蘿蔔、金菇油麵(冬蔭功湯底)泰國野當然要食冬蔭功湯底,湯底酸辣酸辣,正宗。雞翼入味,蘿蔔大嚿新鮮。由於系套餐,所以有小菜+小食+飲品(套餐補錢加)小菜(一):金銀蒜菜心,好香蒜頭味,菜心幼嫩。小菜(二):腐乳炒唐生菜,腐乳份量剛好,菜吾會太咸。小食(一):網紋春卷外面好鬆脆,程絲狀,裡面系包豬肉,吾似一般春卷嘅咸。同事食左話下次都要再叫。小食(二):外脆,內裡好juicy.飲品:特飲-薄荷青檸梳打吾中意飲太甜,建議要叫小甜。飲品幾清新。整體來講,車仔麵質素都高,餸選擇多,值得再來。

車仔麵吾少得嘅就系豬紅,呢間嘅豬紅一啲都吾腥,豬皮乾淨。湯底真系又清又甜,但少辣我覺得可以再辣啲,枱面有自制辣醬可自行添加。
2.雞翼、蘿蔔、金菇油麵(冬蔭功湯底)
泰國野當然要食冬蔭功湯底,湯底酸辣酸辣,正宗。雞翼入味,蘿蔔大嚿新鮮。

小菜(一):金銀蒜菜心,好香蒜頭味,菜心幼嫩。
