想食港式懷舊菜,又再訪旺角既女人街食飯公司了😌一入門口就好有氣氛!霓虹燈牌、窗框、綠色閘、懷舊裝飾,好正..來呢度緊係要叫招牌杏汁燉豬肺先啦🍲 足足4人份量😍但我地係兩個人飲🤣 杏汁真係超香超濃!豬肺都幾多而且煮得好軟好滑,成碗湯都好好味好潤呀..然後叫左一道特別既小菜,就係大叔焗魚腸!其實就係一道經典順德家鄉菜 - 魚腸焗蛋啦!其實製造步驟非常繁複呢,因為要逐條魚腸沖洗乾淨幾次確保裡面無哂污垢👍🏻 所以唔多餐廳會整呢道菜。先講雞蛋,焗得好厚,好多魚腸係裡面,啖啖肉,有少量莞茜,都好飽下..最後叫埋碟芥末沙拉骨,本身諗叫士多啤梨骨好定芥末沙拉骨,問店員意見佢話芥末沙拉骨啦!果然無揀錯,醬汁好好味,芥末蜜糖味甜甜地得來有少少芥末既辣,好開胃😋真係完滿啦呢餐
