To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 每年都會同媽咪出街食一次大閘蟹宴,前年食過一次夜上海,上一年食咗另一間餐廳。但呢兩年來對夜上海嘅蟹粉釀蟹蓋念念不忘,今年決定重返夜上海😋前菜拼盤有5款,分別有:鵝肝蟹BB、香蔥雞髀菇、古法煙鴨蛋、青瓜海蜇頭及花雕醉雞當中有幾樣係招牌前菜,煙燻鴨蛋同雞髀菇係我嘅至愛💖至於蟹宴獨有嘅鵝肝蟹BB,我覺得麻麻哋,有陣苦苦甘甘嘅味道,唔係好識欣賞😰湯品係金華火腿陳皮燴花膠,好多花膠絲,十分足料🍲之後就係重頭戲——清蒸大閘蟹🦀 職員介紹係6兩公蟹,拎去蒸之前會先攞去位俾客人睇一睇,確保兩隻蟹係生猛仲識郁。蒸完之後會喺客人面前拆蟹,將內臟拎晒出嚟,唔洗自己郁手,拆完之後會砌返靚靚擺喺面前🤩今次嘅蟹都好多膏,配埋酸酸甜甜嘅蟹醋就更加好食❤️食完蟹就會上其他小菜,蟹粉河蝦仁同蟹粉釀蟹蓋好好食,撈咗少少XO醬食,仲正😝😝😝甜品係燕窩蛋白杏仁茶,唔係太甜,有淡淡嘅杏仁味,對唔鍾意食杏仁茶嘅我嚟講啱啱好,可以接受🤣蟹宴嚟講,夜上海唔平,質素都ok,可以之後再幫襯食普通上海菜。Ps 今次坐窗邊位,有得睇維港夜景同太空館嘅南瓜show,成餐飯大大加分⭐️

當中有幾樣係招牌前菜,煙燻鴨蛋同雞髀菇係我嘅至愛💖至於蟹宴獨有嘅鵝肝蟹BB,我覺得麻麻哋,有陣苦苦甘甘嘅味道,唔係好識欣賞😰

甜品係燕窩蛋白杏仁茶,唔係太甜,有淡淡嘅杏仁味,對唔鍾意食杏仁茶嘅我嚟講啱啱好,可以接受🤣
