今日收工同朋友搵緊有咩食,見到如心原來都開左間方叔叔,入面既位置仲好闊落同舒服添,所以我哋都決定再幫襯!✨鴛鴦麻辣湯底照舊要左個麻辣既湯底,貪佢辣得好過癮。另外要左個山珍菌湯底,有猴頭菇、茶樹菇同各式野菌,味道清甜。✨手打四寶丸有鮮蝦丸、墨魚丸、牛肉丸、豬肉貢菜丸,全部都好彈牙,當中墨魚丸味道最濃郁,我最中意~✨大刀豬腰片豬腰片淥十秒就食得,熟左之後點乾碟黎食,辣椒粉、花椒粉、熟芝麻同花生粉既味道好濃郁,唔錯!✨桂花蚌非常新鮮,一啲腥味都冇,淥30秒左右啱啱好熟,食落好彈牙爽口!✨嫩牛肉味道好濃郁,肉質好嫩滑,唔會柴又唔會硬。而且份量都幾耐,每件都切到大大塊咁!✨炸芋頭芋頭超級粉,外層雖然炸左,但係煮得耐都唔會散哂,用黎襯重口味湯底最夾。✨炸油條第一次打邊爐落油炸鬼,估唔到又咁夾。油炸鬼放左落湯之後外層仍然keep到脆脆地既口感,入面索哂啲汁又煙煙韌韌咁~

照舊要左個麻辣既湯底,貪佢辣得好過癮。另外要左個山珍菌湯底,有猴頭菇、茶樹菇同各式野菌,味道清甜。

✨手打四寶丸
有鮮蝦丸、墨魚丸、牛肉丸、豬肉貢菜丸,全部都好彈牙,當中墨魚丸味道最濃郁,我最中意~

✨大刀豬腰片
豬腰片淥十秒就食得,熟左之後點乾碟黎食,辣椒粉、花椒粉、熟芝麻同花生粉既味道好濃郁,唔錯!

✨桂花蚌
非常新鮮,一啲腥味都冇,淥30秒左右啱啱好熟,食落好彈牙爽口!

✨嫩牛肉
味道好濃郁,肉質好嫩滑,唔會柴又唔會硬。而且份量都幾耐,每件都切到大大塊咁!

✨炸芋頭
芋頭超級粉,外層雖然炸左,但係煮得耐都唔會散哂,用黎襯重口味湯底最夾。

✨炸油條
