以我所知大圍呢其實有兩三間串燒店,今次就食呢一間,話比大家聽佢燒成點啦。呢間鋪鋪面唔算大,有時要坐都出去門口,如果冬天最凍嗰幾日去食呢,而且仲要坐門口,就唔係咁過癮啦.我去嗰日就坐咗樓上,因為早去所以有位。佢上菜嘅速度快嘅,可能嗰個時間客人唔多啦。食物質素大致上都滿意,燒出嚟嘅火喉都算唔錯。如果我話最好食嘅,會揀燒芝士菇同埋蒜蓉茄子。雞翼同串燒牛肉,都燒得唔錯,調味料嘅份量剛好。 因為我哋嗌咗孜然味,開頭怕佢太難,我還是覺得辣度剛剛好。多春魚同京蔥都唔錯. 而講到牛舌呢,我只會話可以接受吧。因為我本人好鍾意食牛舌,基本上每次見到鋪頭有得叫,都會叫你食。佢燒嘅技巧係冇問題,亦冇過火,但我總覺得牛舌的質感太腍,而且牛味差小小。
