初十陪媽咪去飲下菜食下小菜,順便呼吸下新鮮空氣。菜館人客居然接近坐滿,喺近日疫情影響下都算難能可貴。菜式全部換上賀年意頭菜名,但價錢仍保持原價無坐地起價天氣涼返少少,當然要食羊暖身。點左道由細到大都愛食嘅小菜——京蔥爆羊肉,調味鹹甜適中,相當惹味又夠鑊氣。羊肉經爆炒後仍保持鮮嫩羶香,配上爽脆帶微辣嘅京蔥,一大撮夾入口中,口感相當豐富。雪菜同百頁係絕配,雪菜清淡不鹹,卻能辟去百頁嘅黃豆腥味,兩者同樣爽口相配。肉末配叉子燒餅同樣為上海地道名菜之一,填滿鹹香嘅肉末令燒餅更充實不寡,同時充滿飽足感本身醃製過嘅鹹榨菜配上肥豬肉,爽脆帶油香,單吃濃味,但配上鬆化中帶煙韌嘅燒餅就恰到好處唯一美中不足嘅係燒餅深度不足,填充空間有限,食哂都仲剩返好多肉碎。需時製作嘅紅燜黑棕鵝,$138嘅價錢有髀有鵝胸,加加埋埋有成十件,相當抵食醬汁係獅子頭嘅紅燒汁,好惹味,經燜煮嘅鵝肉紮實不老,皮與肉間帶一層厚嫩嘅脂肪,油香十足,好邪惡呀
