週末天氣溫度驟降,節日氣氛漸變濃厚。今天和友人相約到尖沙咀Christmas shopping,中午就去了位於亞士厘道的心鉄板燒午飯。餐廳設有兩張鐵板枱,其中一張是靠窗的,能夠欣賞師傅用心製作美食的同時,亦能遠望到維港嘅景色。入座後,職員隨即送上前菜、蟹柳沙律和熱茶,亦為客人的大褸套上椅套,十分貼心。師傅以純熟的手法拆開大大隻大蝦的蝦頭和蝦殼,去除蝦腸,煎香後灒上牛油汁上碟。碟上亦另配有辣蕃茄醬。蝦肉爽口彈牙,不會過熟,恰到好處。師傅將比目魚的魚皮分開處理,把魚皮煎至香脆,魚肉則保持嫩滑,配以海鮮醬,非常可口。香煎鵝肝外脆內軟,配上法包和黑醋一起品嘗,在口腔內油香滿溢。神戶黑豚和美國牛肉薄燒挺特別的,包著的餡料並不是炸蒜蔥粒。黑豚裹着的是泡菜,牛肉裹着的是昆布漬和牛蒡漬。有驚喜。跟餐還有炒飯、炒雜菜和麵豉湯。最後送上充滿心思的甜品(燒香蕉伴海鹽雪糕)作結。
