冬至當日在銅鑼灣行街,知道中菜一定冇位,所以食其他菜式,豬、牛、雞各兩串。味道一般,沙爹醬唔濃、唔香。除咗雞肉質較淋外,其他都係嚡!炸軟殼蟹太厚粉吸晒油,食落好漏。其實黃咖喱係配蒜蓉包😂,可惜咖喱汁太稀!乳豬有五大件,上菜時仲係熱熱哋;皮脆肉厚,有少少肥膏。用檬粉墊底,加酸甜汁可自製撈檬,加埋沙律菜,既解膩又開胃。不過不失,燒得唔夠香,亦冇炭燒味,都係要靠醬汁提升味道。正正常常,馬拉盞唔夠,比其他餐廳較淡味。餐廳裝修、氣氛唔錯。當晚不滿坐,但都係得個半鐘用餐時間,我和朋友要另找地方傾偈!
