To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

捌壹壹 (旺角)📍（旺角奶路臣街33號地下F號舖）🌈OpenRice book 枱有優惠，幾乎全日都有八五折優惠。不過記得帶定現金，因為餐廳職員話如果要享用八五折就必須以現金交易！🌈我哋揀咗午餐時段去，12:00就去到，啱啱開門所以全場都冇乜人。餐廳size好細，大概可以做到20枱客左右，繁忙時間時間嘅話就應該要等位啦！🌈由於餐廳規模比較細，所以枱與枱之間都好逼夾，但勝在膠隔板高，而且冷氣夠，感覺都算坐得舒服嘅。🌈職員唔會主動提供水，所以要自己提出要求，不過職員都樂意服務嘅🫶👩‍🍳我哋今次係衝着冷鍋酸菜魚而去，眼見其他客人叫嘅食物都好多元化，例如雞煲，麻辣干鍋等！🔹冷鍋酸菜魚午市同晚市全日同價$218811酸菜魚味道有自己嘅風格，味道唔似大型酸菜魚專門店，所以冇期待下滿足感會比較大。🔹魚片數量都充足，如果兩個人食嘅話，每人可以達致六七成飽。🔹魚肉非常嫩滑，但魚味比較淡，魚湯幾香幾好飲，少少薑辣！餐廳標榜酸菜同魚一樣好食，但可惜酸菜唔多，而且好普通。🔹入邊好多配菜，例如芽菜，金菇，少量寬粉等。♥️有八五折優惠值得試一次！👍🏻👍🏻
