年尾清假大行動又黎啦,難得平日放假,今日同內子行完K11商場,剛剛午餐時間,就行出棉登徑睇下有咩食,行過見到嵐山日本料理,門口好有日本餐廳感覺,仲不用加一服務費,所以我地就入去試吓,餐廳裝修好日本料理餐廳感覺,而且座位闊落望望餐牌,午餐套餐都有十幾款選擇花多眼亂下,內子就order左個F)花魚生飯$148(有三文魚,帆立貝,油甘魚,牡丹蝦,白身魚,赤身,三文魚籽)有好多款材料非常豐富吸引,每款刺身都好新鮮,推介牡丹蝦非常大隻好鮮味,三文魚籽也非常出色,吾腥,入口脆脆有海水鹹味及魚籽鮮甜,前菜方面有沙律,麵豉湯,不得不提日式蒸蛋,蛋好滑身,材料好豐富,有冬姑片,雞肉及日本魚蛋,雞肉食到淡淡清酒味道,出邊餐廳日式蒸蛋邊有咁多料,睇得出廚師用心製作,海苆條爽口味道適中!我就叫左個嵐山曰替便當$168;份量都相當豐富,刺身有三文魚,油金魚,甜蝦各兩件,非常新鮮及晶凝通透,不用多解釋,卷物系甜蝦吞拿魚腩卷兩件,驚喜位,值得一讚,卷物內系切到幼細青瓜絲配上鮮美既吞拿魚腩,口感一軟一爽,美味,燒三文魚扒,燒得吾乾,掌握得好,食到三文魚嘅魚油味,炸物吉列海鮮,有蠔、大蝦,日本魚蛋,炸粉漿好薄身,炸得好
