To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

父親節果日,我哋一行十多人去咗呢度慶祝,訂咗個敬父宴訂枱但都等咗一陣先有枱,不過我發現節日期間去嘅咁多間酒樓都有呢個問題,可能係酒樓嘅特色😅食物方面個12人餐其實連埋湯都有9款,送兩支啤酒,除了乳豬仔,燒雞同蟠桃包其他都係海鮮類,每款味道仲幾好添😋而且食落都新鮮喎,蒸魚就細條咗啲🤪唔夠分,佳節大蟠桃包估唔到咁大個,而且有奶皇（食落應該係有加入鹹蛋黃）同蓮蓉兩款喺度,包控表示好中意😆😋不過家中比較小嘅成員似乎比較愛叉燒飯,叉燒包,燒賣,尖堆呢啲點心🤪最後仲加一客焗雪山叉燒包添,正係好味嘅不過套餐唔係全包要另外再比茶位😛如果淨計食物質素我覺得係可以返轉頭的😉服務方面就有啲參差,見現場都好似比較缺人🙈
