To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚(29/5/2020)六點二路過此餐廳,已經有八成客,應該好食,就入去試吓。餐廳光線足夠,店員亦很有禮貌,點了四個自選1人行套餐。新加坡無骨海南雞飯及麻辣無骨海南雞飯,雞肉均好滑,配菜有咸菜及花生,係一個好配料,咸菜不咸,食後更開胃;湯係清湯,不油膩,麻辣醬略嫌不夠味,油飯亦很香口。另點了二客海鮮叻沙摻摻,都很足料,好味。小食點了新加坡香煎魚餅、鮮蝦薯絲卷及絲網海鮮春卷,均好味又香口。飲品當然要新加坡地道野,清熱羅漢果水、鮮黃薑斑蘭意米水及清新桔仔特飲,唔錯。
