黑蒜鳴 $65因為大埔返工,所以成日喺大埔周圍覓食,又去到一間拉麵小店 ,面積唔大。特別午餐時間需要等位,咁咗少少時間終於有位啦。一見到餐牌發現啲拉麵都幾抵食,平時出去啲拉麵都要成$100,呢度$60 $70就搞掂。湯底為豬骨濃湯加上黑蒜油,味道濃郁,食完成個口都係蒜味道,麵條:曲麵,掛湯掛得多啲,好食啲。麵條有咬口軟硬適中。配料:話明食拉麵一定要叉燒,三片大大片,適量脂肪,好香口。麵條爽口,唔會好淋。流心蛋正常發揮,整體都好食,湯底都唔會太鹹😊香蔥、木耳幾樣都有加,湯底會濃味好多,幾好食,會再encore。
